Processing Time
All In-stock hoverboards and go karts, scooters, accessories are processed and shipped out the same day (weekends excluded) if ordered before 4pm CST, however some orders may take additional time for fraud/security verification.
Shipping Time
We ship all Hyper GOGO hoverboards and go karts by UPS/Fedex and usually takes 3 - 8 business days for delivery. You will be E-mailed a UPS/Fedex Tracking number as soon as your order ships! You can then track your shipments progress at UPS.com or Fedex.com. If you do not receive a tracking number withing 3-days of placing an order, please check your SPAM folder in-case your provider flagged our automated message as spam), or request it again by contacting us.

Shipping Disclaimer
We cannot make changes to your shipping address once a package has been shipped, and Hypergogoboard.com is not liable for packages lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses. All orders reported as “delivered” by our shipping company (UPS/Fedex) are considered delivered and Hypergogoboard.com cannot be made liable of non-delivery in this case.
